Everyone said that they'd never had such wonderful food at a wedding. And the entire staff was amazing & professional. When we walked into the beach house, we could hardly believe how gorgeous it looked. Your hard work & effort made a magical evening possible. Greetings to all of you at Conn’s!
You asked for our comments on how we enjoyed everything - so...here they are.
May I begin by saying that everything was outstanding! This was the first time we have ever had a party like this. Most of our parties have been at home...sure we brought in food sometimes, but did everything else ourselves.
This was just a great experience - I truly enjoyed my party! It was so nice that Steve and Geri took care of me, and refilled my drinks, etc.
The food was sooo good - people were commenting on it all night. The asparagus and bruschetta appetizers were a big hit... The pork and chicken...delicious! We also loved how you wrapped everything - we have lots of pork and chicken in our freezer, and have been making chicken Caesar salads, and also having the pork for dinners. Paul said the other night that he would like to just get a pork roast from you, and freeze it in serving portions. And, be especially complimented because I am a good cook - he is not one of those husbands who never gets fed!
The set-up, the clean-up was done flawlessly - It was like I turned around, and it was done. Also, our doorman, who has seen lots of caterers come and go, commented on how professional you were.
So...thank you for a wonderful party. We wish you continued success!

Everyone was so complimentary of both the food and the servers, and I just wanted to pass that along. You have found the winning combination of unbeatable service and quality of product, that doesn't sacrifice treating its clients with real consideration and kindness - to the point of bending over backwards to meet their budgetary needs, as you went out of your way to do for me last year (and, I will say again, last year everything that could go wrong on the day of my event, did - except the catering!). *That* level of customer service is exceedingly rare to find in a business (I can count on one hand the number of times I've encountered it), and I'm sure it is well-noted by all of your clients and keeps them coming back. So thank you again for helping to make our event such a success, and I hope I have an opportunity to call on your services in the future.
