Marco Polo Salad
Spaghetti, green and red peppers, Jarlsburg cheese, black olives, fresh parsley, walnuts, shredded parmesan, and a lite dressing of white vinegar, olive oil, garlic, fresh leaf oregano and basil.

Tortellini and Broccoli Salad
Tortellini, broccoli, chives, mustard, garlic, grated parmesan cheese, scallions, basil and olive oil.

Spinach Tortellini Salad
Spinach tortellini, grated parmesan cheese, black olives, tomatoes and olive oil with a red wine dressing.

Country Fresh Salad
Broccoli, onions, cheddar cheese and bacon bits with a mayonnaise and white vinegar dressing.

Carrot, Raisins and Nut Salad
