Black Pepper Pâté - A delicate, classic spread served with gourmet crackers and assorted sliced breads.

Assorted Canapés - Prepared by hand.

Escargot Profiterole - Baby snails, roasted garlic, herbed butter nestled in puff pastry.

Vietnamese Spring Rolls - Rice paper filled with shrimp, rice noodles, fresh mint, watercress and a piquant peanut sauce.

Petite Quiche - Assorted shrimp, herb cheese, spinach, and Lorraine.

Rumake - Glazed whole water chestnuts, dates, figs, or pineapple wrapped in bacon.
